Ramon Allones Private Stock 230 UK Regional Edition
This UK Regional Edition was originally intended to mark Hunters & Frankau’s 230th Anniversary in 2020 but has been unavoidably delayed, until now.
It is a rare size, known as a Partagás 16 in the factories of Cuba, and measures 6 3⁄4” (170mm) x 50. All 90,000 cigars have been rolled at the Partagas factory in Havana and are presented in 3,600 numbered Cabinet Nature boxes of 25.
Private Stock was the name of a cigar which previously existed in the Ramon Allones portfolio. Although production was discontinued in the 1970’s, H&F archives show that this cigar continued to be available in the UK until 1981. The black and white band of the Private Stock 230 is a recreation of those used by Ramon Allones during the height of the Private Stock’s popularity. However, this celebratory cigar also bears the size name on it, making it unique.
The Private Stock 230 was seen for the first time, before general release, as part of the Hunters & Frankau House Reserve Series 1790 Collection No.2.

The Ramon Allones Perfecto was the cigar chosen by Mexican importer IEPT, together with Habanos SA, as the Regional Edition cigar for the Mexican market in 2020.
As the name suggests, this Cuban Cigar comes in a Perfecto shape. That is, tapered at both ends as it used to be the norm in the 19th century. Nowadays Perfecto cigars are a much rarer find so we welcome this decision by the regional distributor.
The cigar presents itself incredibly well made, with deep tobacco aromas exuding from the 10-count boxes they are packaged in. Production was set at 60,000 cigars which means only 6,000 numbered boxes were made.
This Vitola, also known as Taco, comes in at 158mm in length by 47 rings. A most interesting format offering about one and a half-hour of pure enjoyment.

The Ramon Allones Noellas Jar (XX Aniversario Diadema) is an Italian Regional Edition Cuban cigar that was selected by Diadema spa to celebrate its 20th anniversary.
The cigar shares its name with the H. Upmann Noellas Jar, but it is slightly smaller, measuring 132mm x 42 ring and referred to as Eminentes by cigar rollers.
There are only 4,500 units of the Ramon Allones Noellas available, each containing 25 cigars. These are expected to be in high demand due to their limited production.
