Every one of these elegant light-to-medium cigars were made by just two cigar rollers working in El Laguito factory. El Laguito is home of Cohiba and the birthplace of the Laguito No.1 size. This is a cigar that demands to be sipped rather than gulped and will reward the patient smoker with layer upon layer of subtle and nuanced smoke laced with cream and with an underlying sweetness.

El Rey Del Mundo "Kon Tiki 1973" is the vitola that has been selected by Habanos in 2017 for sale exclusively in the Andes region. These "Kon Tiki 1973" are manufactured with selected leaves from the Vuelta Abajo, Pinar del Rio, and comprise a special and unique production of 1,200 individually numbered boxes of 50.
This packaging for this cigar is unusual, being a semi boite nature box of 50 in four layers; three of 13 cigars and one of 11 with a double size spacer block. This style of packaging was supposedly discontinued in 1973 - hence the name of the cigar.
