It has a high cocoa content (60%), corn flour (suitable for coeliacs) and a natural aromatic touch of cinnamon. Drinking chocolate: when made with water it is creamy and bright, with a high cocoa intensity. When made with milk, it produces a smoother flavor. For cooking: it gives flavour, shine and texture to sauces and stews of meat, poultry, rice and vegetables.
