Orange and dark chocolate, a classic pairing that we’re asked for a lot at events. For us, it’s an incredible tool to share stories about ethical ingredients; that not only have a positive impact on the planet but taste blinking delicious too.
The cocoa beans for this egg come from Seram Island, Indonesia. The farm employs over 40% women and contributes to the community by supporting local schools; constructing medical facilities and renovating churches and mosques.
We’ve worked with our friends at Natoora, who source the very best ingredients for chefs and businesses looking for quality seasonal produce. They juice oranges and other fruits into freshly squeezed juice on behalf of their customers, leaving the best bit (in our opinion) the peel!
We firstly process the peel into candied orange peels and then we process some into an orange chocolate, which is smooth in texture and bright orange in colour. The two are then balanced with the 70% dark chocolate, with delicious chewy pieces of peel running through the smooth orange flavoured dark chocolate.
Can we just make Easter an all-year celebration? Because we’ll be sad to see this one go.

Designed in-house, each egg comes in an illustrated box with a snug internal fit, a cut-out window, and a whimsical spiral-style closure—all crafted 100% plastic-free! The egg itself is a mini of our large eggs, it wears the Chocolarder motif proudly across its chest.
