Ramon Allones

The Ramon Allones Phoenicio 40 is a cigar released to celebrate the 40^th anniversary of the Phoenicio Trading, one of the biggest Habanos distributors. The cigar, presented last year at a virtual event that happened simultaneously with some tasting in some countries around the globe, was first available in a limited series of humidors.

The other item is a special guarantee seal, decorated with shiny silver foil, embossed spots, and invisible black-light ink.

These additions will be very helpful for customers interested in these releases since some Ramon Allones Phoenicio 40 Exclusivo Libano fake boxes have been already been spotted in some markets.

The Ramon Allones Perfecto was the cigar chosen by Mexican importer IEPT, together with Habanos SA, as the Regional Edition cigar for the Mexican market in 2020.

As the name suggests, this Cuban Cigar comes in a Perfecto shape. That is, tapered at both ends as it used to be the norm in the 19th century. Nowadays Perfecto cigars are a much rarer find so we welcome this decision by the regional distributor. 

The cigar presents itself incredibly well made, with deep tobacco aromas exuding from the 10-count boxes they are packaged in. Production was set at 60,000 cigars which means only 6,000 numbered boxes were made.

This Vitola, also known as Taco, comes in at 158mm in length by 47 rings. A most interesting format offering about one and a half-hour of pure enjoyment.
