Phoenicia Trading A.A. has graced the cigar world with their newest masterpiece, the Diplomaticos Genios Regional Edition Phoenicia 2023, revealed at an exclusive event at the luxurious Packard Hotel in Cuba during the 2025 Cigar Festival.
As with all Regional Editions, these are highly coveted and limited in quantity. In fact, these rare gems will only be available in cabinets of 50, with a total of 4,000 cabinets and 200,000 exquisite cigars.
The Genios size, aptly named after the Spanish word for geniuses, was first introduced with the Cohiba Maduro 5 Genios in 2007 and is also used for the H. Upmann Connoisseur A. Be one of the few to experience this opulent indulgence.

The Diplomaticos Leal is the latest Regional Edition Cigar to be manufactured exclusively for the Cuban market, and is the seventh regional edition for the Cuban Market
Originally intended as a 2021 release, the Diplomaticos Leal finally made its debut in early 2024 at the Habanos Cigar Festival.
Each 10-count dress box echoes the esteemed Diplomaticos Excelencia, Cuba’s 2015 Regional Edition. Despite a pandemic-induced delay, the Leal honors the late Cuban historian Eusebio Leal Spengler.
